Turning 65 shouldn't be confusing. We walk you through every option — Medicare Advantage, Medigap, Part D — so you choose the plan that fits your health and budget.
Medicare is one of the most confusing systems to navigate alone. You are not the only one.
Parts A, B, C, D, Medigap — what do you actually need? The alphabet soup of Medicare can feel impossible to sort through without expert guidance.
Late enrollment means higher premiums — for life. The penalties for missing your enrollment window are permanent and compounding. Don't risk it.
HMO, PPO, supplement plans — each with trade-offs between cost, flexibility, and coverage. One wrong choice could cost you thousands.
Plans change every year — benefits, costs, formularies, and networks. Your current plan may no longer be the best fit, and you might not even know it.
Four straightforward steps from confusion to coverage. We handle the complexity so you don't have to.
Before we discuss any specific plans, we complete a CMS-required Scope of Appointment form. This protects your rights and ensures we only discuss the plan types you want to explore.
CMS Required · Protects YouWe review your health needs, current medications, preferred doctors, and budget. This comprehensive picture helps us identify which plans will actually serve you best — not just the cheapest option.
No Cost · No ObligationSide-by-side comparison of your best Medicare Advantage, Medigap, and Part D options. We show you premiums, copays, drug costs, and network details so you can make an informed decision.
Transparent · All Plan TypesOnce you choose your plan, we handle the enrollment paperwork and confirm your coverage start date. We stay available for questions and follow up to make sure everything is active and correct.

Your rights are protected at every step. We follow all Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services guidelines — including the Scope of Appointment requirement — so you never feel pressured.
Medicare Advantage, Medigap, Part D, and Special Needs Plans. We are not limited to one carrier or plan type — we compare across the board to find what fits you.
We don't disappear after enrollment. Every year during Annual Enrollment, we review your plan against new options to make sure you still have the best coverage for your needs.
Your Initial Enrollment Period (IEP) runs from 3 months before your 65th birthday month to 3 months after. This 7-month window is the best time to enroll without penalties. Contact us early — ideally 4-6 months before turning 65 — so we can prepare.
Late enrollment carries permanent penalties. Part B premiums increase by 10% for each 12-month period you were eligible but didn't enroll. Part D has a similar penalty. These surcharges last for as long as you have Medicare — they never go away.
Medicare Advantage (Part C) is an all-in-one plan that replaces Original Medicare, often with $0 premiums but network restrictions (HMO/PPO). Medigap supplements Original Medicare — higher monthly premiums, but more freedom to see any doctor who accepts Medicare. We help you weigh the trade-offs based on your health needs and lifestyle.
If you don't have creditable drug coverage from another source (such as an employer plan or VA benefits), you should enroll in Part D when you are first eligible. Delaying enrollment without creditable coverage triggers a late enrollment penalty — 1% of the national base premium for every month you go without coverage, added permanently to your premiums.
Yes. The Annual Enrollment Period runs October 15 through December 7 every year. During this window, you can switch Medicare Advantage plans, return to Original Medicare, or change your Part D coverage. We review your plan each year to make sure it still makes sense.
No — each person enrolls in Medicare individually based on their own age and eligibility. Your spouse must enroll when they turn 65 (or qualify through disability). If your spouse is younger, we can help find health insurance coverage to bridge the gap until they become Medicare-eligible.
